Brahma Muhurta — The Golden Hour
Rise before sunrise during the most sattvic (pure) time of day. Spend a few minutes in silence, gratitude and intention-setting before the world wakes up.
6:00 AM · Oral Care
Oil Pulling & Tongue Scraping
Swish warm sesame or coconut oil for 10 minutes to draw toxins from the body. Scrape the tongue to remove the overnight accumulation of Ama (toxins).
